Wayne Sturgess – Managing Director Australia

Wayne is the founding director of the FocusPlus group of companies. He started FocusPlus S.A. in Switzerland in 2000 before pursuing an opportunity in Ireland in 2003 that resulted in FocusPlus Limited and then returned to his home country Australia in 2008, where he commenced and now manages FocusPlus Services Pty Ltd.

For almost 25 years Wayne has been actively involved in the structural design and management of services related to telecommunications infrastructure for major mobile phone rollouts within Europe and Australia.

Wayne has extensive experience in delivering solutions to numerous clients and varying projects within the telecommunications sector.

Stephen O’Brien – Managing Director Ireland

Stephen has been the Managing Director of FocusPlus Ireland since 2007. Stephen has over 20 years of mobile telecommunications experience and a track record of delivering quality, cost effective design solutions. He heads up an enthusiastic experienced team of mobile telecommunications designers.

Ovide Alexandru – Managing Director Switzerland

Ovide Alexandru is the Managing Director of FocusPlus SA in Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Geneva and a PMP/PMI certificate.

He has over 15 years extensive experience within the mobile telecommunication industry, mainly in infrastructure network Rollout, planning and quality auditing. In parallel, he has managed large planning and construction projects of industrial warehouses and residential houses for institutional funds.

Ovide has an extensive expertise of planning and quality auditing combined with strong leadership and people management skills and a persuasive personality in a multicultural environment.
